Requirements
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed by schedule
- must possess exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- must be willing to learn new skills and have an open mind towards new approaches in patient care such as addressing dental concerns, training will be provided
Responsibility
- process payments at the end of each visit for all types of payments including cash, check, credit cards, etc
- communicate with patients via phone or email when there are changes in the patient’s schedule
- perform admin duties
- greet patients in a friendly manner upon arrival. Assist them with any necessary information or forward it to the appropriate person for processing and assist the dentist in performing procedures and patient management
- including making out patient charts for procedures and other necessary patient contact information such as addresses and phone numbers for follow up appointments
