Responsibility

  • prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant customers
  • the bartender will interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • the Bartender will mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and mocktails
  • check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • to carry out any other reasonable requests which would help to ensure that all guest expectations are exceeded

Requirements

  • have previous experience in a restaurant or bar
  • resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
  • have excellent communication skills
  • excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • have a high standard of presentation
  • computer literacy
  • have a flexible approach to your work
  • positive attitude and excellent communication skills
