Requirements
- relevant experience
- proven experience developing and delivering digital marketing plans and campaigns
- excellent communication skills and experience in managing client relationships
- experience with marketing automation and developing and using CRM platforms and tools
- executing paid media budgets with a focus on performance marketing
- ideally have a degree in marketing, business, or related field
- preferred candidate will have experience working in sport and/or agency/consultancy in a D2C capacity

Responsibility
- this is a part time, 6 month contract for 2-3 days per week
- what you’ll be doing
- championing strong CRM practices and be able to proactively identify solutions to challenges
- mapping and delivering connected customer journeys across website, social and email to maximise acquisition and retention
- the Strategy & Design team is looking for a driven, analytically minded Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record delivering digital marketing campaigns and CRM strategy to join their Strategy & Design team
- creating marketing automations aligned to customer journeys
- this person will help manage and execute D2C growth and retention strategies to drive fanbase growth and revenue through ticketing, membership and merchandise
- delivering data-driven customer insights to inform future growth strategies
