  • we produce events in London and Europe with a large proportion in Spain, especially Barcelona
  • events with 10-2000 guests from immersive parties to conferences and large-scale corporate events
  • develop event proposals
  • research venues, site visits etc, varied suppliers etc
  • produce detailed documentation for events
  • coordinate production related elements, negotiate and manage suppliers
  • manage all production related elements, negotiate and manage suppliers

Requirements

  • experience dealing with event suppliers
  • experience dealing with varied event suppliers
  • experience in Sales conference, production, brand activation, stage builds and logistics
  • experience in Sales conference, AV production, brand activation, stage builds and logistics
  • event agency experience
  • event agency experience with top brands/ clients
  • production schedule management pre and on-site
