  • to ensure a property is kept organised, clean and tidy inside and out
  • to ensure a property and its shared area looks and smells perfect
  • to manage the laundry, linen, hygiene and sundries related to the property
  • to check all equipment and features are present and working correctly
  • to undertake light repair duties and report maintenance requirements
  • to ultimately ensure the property is in perfect condition
  • to always consider that a guest will be paying good money to stay with us and they expect the perfect stay, which you are responsible for delivering
