implement the new LMS in the organisation, ensuring training, assessment and alignment with Decathlon worldwide strategies
championing DEI and ensuring content is accessible & appropriate for all
monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them
Requirements
passionate about Sport and its beneficial impact on people
experienced trainer, familiar with various training methods and techniques
ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume & agile environment
positive, creative, and organized
working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
confident in presenting in front of small and large groups and a highly effective communicator
comfortable with design creation tools and Google tools, especially Google sites
this is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in our LDN office
