- implement the new LMS in the organisation, ensuring training, assessment and alignment with Decathlon worldwide strategies
- championing DEI and ensuring content is accessible & appropriate for all
- monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them
Requirements
- passionate about Sport and its beneficial impact on people
- experienced trainer, familiar with various training methods and techniques
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume & agile environment
- positive, creative, and organized
- working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- confident in presenting in front of small and large groups and a highly effective communicator
- comfortable with design creation tools and Google tools, especially Google sites
- this is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in our LDN office
