Responsibility

  • the hotel has 35 bedrooms, bar, lounge and has great space for outside dining
  • it is also a popular wedding and conference venue throughout the year
  • candidate will need own transport due to location and hours of work. Live in accommodation is available if required
  • we are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, working under the guidance of the executive and Head Chef

  • the successful candidate will need passion, flair and creativity as they hold responsibility for the hot stove section and all it encompasses. The will also be involves with the events side of the hotel
  • the kitchen services three function rooms with a combined facility for over 200 people, a busy restaurant, bar and terrace which attracts both residents and non-residents
