- contributing to the development of projects and achieving agreed objectives
- supporting deafblind people to shape the development of existing and future projects and finding creative ways to build peer leadership opportunities
- supporting and maximising the participation of deafblind people in appropriate activities using a strength-based approach

- developing and maintaining partnerships with Public Sector and other external agencies and maximising opportunities for strategic collaborations
- maintaining accessible project publicity, information, literature and social media presence
- co-ordinating the day-to-day activities of the projects as agreed with programme lead
- understanding the policy landscape in Scotland, including health and social care policy, relevant to progress individual projects
- contributing to the recording, monitoring and reporting on project outcomes for appropriate committees, stakeholders and funders
- reporting to line manager and preparing activity reports on a regular basis
- any other duties as required by line manager or member of Senior Management Team
