Responsibility

  • answering incoming customer calls regarding orders, quotes. billing issues, product queries and general client concerns
  • assisting management with tasks and projects as required
  • leading new customers through their ordering requirements ensuring maximum potential sales and customer satisfaction
  • placing orders and quotes on Sage software and following orders through various procedures to delivery
  • general office administration tasks
