Responsibility
- we are currently looking to recruit a care coordinator within our expanding Domiciliary care agency in Redbridge
- planning and assisting the team of care delivery of all required care services within the given area
- candidates with previous experience needed
- assigning care workers to service users with requirement of the organization
- being an integral part of the Branch office team
- experience in CM 2000 is essential
- monitoring the CM 2000 application closely by examination staff logins and logouts
- ability to work under pressure with and without supervision and according to business demand
Requirements
- must be computer literate and Knowledge and experience using CM2000
- must have clear written and verbal communication skills
- must be details orientated
- must possess good organisational skills
- must be a driver, with a valid driving licence
- providing care: 1 year
