  • provide guidance and support to the team, promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment for the children
  • contribute to the planning and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs and goals of each child are met
  • collaborate with external agencies, families, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support for the children
  • monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and interventions, making necessary adjustments to ensure the highest quality of care
  • maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and organisational requirements
  • assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the children's home, including supervising staff, oversight of ROTA, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
