Responsibility
- you will be working within a young and ambitious team, reporting to an experienced Managing Estimator
- DDS Group is a rapidly expanding family run business which has been trading for 45 years working in Kent, London and surrounding counties
- due to an increased workload and internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen, with great career prospects and development, to join the Group as an Apprentice Estimator
- alongside working 4 days a week, you will attend college on a day release basis to gain a level 4 Apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying
- the DDS Group has a clear pathway for apprentices with plenty of progress and has successfully taken on 8 apprentices over the last 5 years, many of who have all graduated and progressed within the business, whilst the others are currently progressing through their studies
Requirements
- strong and confident communicator, both in writing and verbally
- able to work within a team and follow instructions, as well as work independently using initiative
- hard working and motivated individual
- excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving license with access to a suitable vehicle for work purposes
