Responsibility

  • fieldworker/Property Manager to join their Lettings Department based in Scunthorpe
  • in addition, administration and IT skills are essential, along with being organised & enthusiastic
  • fieldworker – visiting properties across the region to prepare inventories, checking in tenants, checking out tenants, routine inspections
  • working as part of both a close team & as well an individual is paramount
  • identifying new business opportunities
  • DDM Lettings is a busy and demanding branch, providing an excellent standard of customer service, and building relationships with landlords and tenants
  • in house training. Ensuring safety compliance and housing legislation is adhered to at all times
  • the branch manages 100’s of tenancies -being the main point of contact you must be able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life as you will be in communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors both on the phone and face to face
