- working alongside the HR Team the successful candidate will have strong intuition and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- duties & Responsibilities
- determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks
- advertise all vacancies on job boards and our website, making use of Social media when needed, to promote the DD brand
- monitor companywide agency spend by offering different and more cost-effective recruitment solutions and ensure the budget is maintained
- own and manage the current agency PSL and negotiate terms of business
- take ownership of the monthly Recruitment KPI reporting and evidence any insights, market trends or challenges
- host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
