Responsibility
understand DCTUK’s mission and ambitions and work together with the rest of the team to achieve them
achieve individual and corporate sales targets on a monthly basis
daily outbound calling to follow up sample requests, quotations and new business, a minimum of 70 calls per day
making intelligent decisions about pricing and upholding suitable levels of profitability with each order
nurturing and servicing new and repeat customers on a daily basis and identifying customers that should require a higher level of service without neglecting smaller customers
valuing every inbound lead provided and maximising opportunities by leveraging the latest technologies such as LinkedIn invitations, email follow-ups, and video quotations

Requirements
minimum 3 years of sales related experience required
A passion for bringing repeat customers on board and servicing them to a high standard
A flair for organisation and ensuring notes and customer orders are added to the system correctly and without errors
A background in selling B2B, in particular within the flooring or construction sector would be desirable
confident phone manner with an impatience to get the next order on the system to hit targets and take your sales to the next level
