- managing our Shared Inbox efficiently, handling inquiries and ensuring prompt responses
- assisting with AdHoc administrative tasks related to finance and operations, maintaining accurate records
- updating project trackers and files, keeping key stakeholders informed about project progress

- booking travel and hotel arrangements for our team members when required
- assisting with procurement activities, including vendor management and processing purchase orders

Requirements
- previous office experience that demonstrates your ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- previous experience in a construction, facilities management, or IT infrastructure-based role, which will enable you to understand our business better
- experience scheduling works, managing timelines, and coordinating activities efficiently
