Responsibility

  • support the logistics manager in maintaining compliance ensuring all driver paperwork is completed to standard and within the expected time frame
  • monitoring drivers’ locations and ensuring any necessary charges or fees are paid for to avoid roadside fines or penalties
  • control customer sales – ensuring order numbers are received where necessary, raising sales invoices and dealing with any queries
  • regular communication with customers and drivers ensuring smooth operation

  • support the administration team with other aspects of business operation
