Responsibility
- \* Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring their adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures
- \* Plan and allocate cleaning tasks to team members during paired shifts, taking into consideration client requirements and time constraints
- \* Conduct regular inspections of cleaning activities to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery
- \* Train new and existing cleaning staff on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, safety protocols, and customer service
- \* Helping to cover sickness and holiday shifts when required
- \* Liaise with clients to address specific cleaning requests, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- \* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement improved cleaning processes and strategies
- \* Provide regular reports on team performance, accomplishments, and challenges to upper management
Requirements
- \* Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or team lead role, with a track record of managing teams effectively
- \* Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals, along with a commitment to safety protocols
- \* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- \* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work collaboratively with both team members and clients
- \* Attention to detail and a strong dedication to maintaining high cleaning standards
- \* Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations and client needs
- \* Must be able to pass a DBS check
- \* Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
