Responsibility

  • ensure timely delivery and collection of all orders
  • help to plan most efficient routes of daily delivery’s
  • maintain system for paperwork, job bags, proofing and or outwork
  • ensure the van is kept tidy and clean at all times and to a high standard
  • carry out regular recorded daily checks on the company van prior. Reporting any damages and or issue to the Despatch Manager
  • assist where required the Despatch Manager in their daily activities
  • assist where required in the despatch department, with packing and palletising
  • be assertive but respectful and ensure that members of staff are providing you with the correct information to enable to you to fulfil all your duties
