Responsibility

  • manage and organise labour
  • manage daily running of contracts to complete work to quality, time and cost constraints
  • mobilise upcoming projects and manage the programme of works
  • manage site administration and records
  • ensure Health and Safety policies, procedures, safe working practices and risk assessments are effectively communicated to all site staff and contractors, including the production of RAMS

Requirements

  • multiple years of experience in construction sub and main contractor works, previous contract management experience is required
  • some commercial awareness
  • the ability to read & and interpret drawings accurately
  • contract management: 2 years
  • construction: 5 years
