  • implementing our OpSuite EPoS and retail management solution for new and existing retailers across the UK and Ireland
  • delivering a high-quality implementation process whilst continually reviewing the processes to ensure these are in line with customer needs
  • providing onsite and remote consultancy for customers as required
  • delivering informative and clear training sessions to ensure customers gain the maximum benefit from our solution
  • to continuously develop your systems knowledge including new technologies and the integration with other business applications
  • closely liaising with customers to understand their needs and ensure the solution is configured and implemented accordingly, prior to their 'go live’
