- updating products/updating prices
- liaising with warehouse team on orders
Requirements
- producing and processing customer quotations and orders
- customer Service support
- answering inbound calls
- liaison with customers and couriers, tracking orders and providing information on deliveries
- proactively update customers with back order items
- updating systems to ensure all data is kept up to date
- inputting and updating customer details
- advising customers regarding best and suitable products
