✅ Responsible for the progress of contracts. Monitoring new contracts and incomplete orders ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly
we have a vacancy for a Customer Service Account Manager to join the Customer Service team. This is not a sales based role
✅ Ensuring that customers are kept informed about the progress of their contract at regular intervals
the Customer Account Manager will be the central point of contact for all client communication and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional levels of customer service
✅ The point of operational escalation, supporting the resolution of issues while ensuring the Company’s commercial interests are preserved
they will co-ordinate the activities required to complete the contract on time and within budget, ensuring excellent communication within the Company and with customers
✅ Liaising with the Customer Services Manager regarding any changes to the Fit/Delivery Schedules, ensuring that changes can be accommodated
✅ Monitoring planning applications to ensure they are all registered and are progressing through communication with Planning Department

reporting to the Managing Director, the Installations / Buildings Manager will have responsibility for all of David Salisbury’s retail sites and installations
✅ Managing the installation schedule, ensuring company KPI’s are maintained
✅ Management of the fitting and remedial site teams
✅ Management of the Technical Surveyor team
✅ Review Installations procedures and policies on a regular basis to ensure they remain relevant and effective

✅ Using 3D and Graphic editing software, produce sales concept presentations for all customers
✅ Liaise with sales designers & CAD department on any design queries/ structural elements, ultimately providing solutions
✅ Understand and communicate to others design details within a finished drawing, utilising in depth product knowledge
✅ Maintaining communication records between 3D department and designers
✅ Updating the Company database with project progress, noting any information to be available across the company
✅ Using information from both sales and working drawings, present visually accurate views, elevations and section drawings, with high attention to detail, of company product and the existing property, including any additional details required
✅ Where possible, develop dynamic components to help increase productivity of the 3D department
✅ Produce 3D components of proven designs using technical drawings and specifications from the CAD technical library and recreating in a 3D library. Ensuring updated when necessary
Requirements
✅ Proven experience in the use of 3D software
✅ Good interpretation of 2D architectural drawings and photos
✅ Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
