- provide technical information and support to both field engineers and assist manager/administrators
- supervising and managing a small team of jetting and CCTV engineers
- raising quotes & estimates and then ordering the parts and materials
- organising work using our online system
- carrying out site visits and audits
- reporting each job to our clients by email and invoicing accordingly
- ensuring that productivity and KPIs are achieved
- we are looking to take on an individual who can assist our Managing Director with the day to day running of drainage operations
