Responsibility

  • use hand tools and power tools to build and maintain landscapes
  • dig trenches for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
  • assist with groundskeeping duties and general maintenance landscaping and gardening
  • collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
  • follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • perform hard landscape construction tasks such as laying paving, building walls, moving materials, erecting timber buildings and fencing. Along with many other tasks

Requirements

  • mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment and machinery
  • ability to build and maintain landscapes according to design plans and instuction
  • proficiency in using hand and power tools for various landscaping tasks
  • knowledge of hard landscape construction methoods including paving, walling, stonework and general building
  • experience in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance
  • familiarity with gardening techniques
  • competence in using power tools for landscaping projects
