- as an IT Technician you will provide excellent support to the clients of David Allen IT Solutions to ensure their business IT systems empower their staff to work efficiently with minimal downtime or disruption
- you will take ownership of incoming customer support requests and project tasks allocated to you by the Service Desk or Project Manager, delivering excellent customer service throughout all the work you do
