Responsibility

  • invoicing and stock reconciliations for a separate overseas trading division
  • management of customer credit limits in line with our insurance
  • assisting the other members of the finance team with ad-hoc reporting requirements
  • cash postings, and assisting the management accountants with any banking queries
  • weekly reporting on the Company’s debtor balances and any exposures
  • processing credit notes
  • systems testing to develop and improve current processes alongside the other members of the accounts team
