Responsibility

  • engineering
  • understand what you are building and proposed method of construction
  • understand the engineering principles for the works to be constructed
  • identify the need for Temporary Works and liaise with the Temporary Works Coordinator
  • take off materials in an auditable system and prepare requisitions, along with delivery schedules and material storage plan
  • check accuracy of material schedules before calling off material
  • requisition and control hired plant requirements
  • contribute to the development of Method Statements and Risk Assessments
