Responsibility

  • assisting the day to day running of the building site
  • ensuring the site keeps to schedule and budget
  • ensure works carried out as per the work plan
  • ensuring the health and safety is observed on site
  • assist the Contract Manager with the work plan if required
  • finishing Supervisor on site
  • finishing Foreman on site
  • organise the labour, materials and plant

Requirements

  • must have internal building knowledge and be able to read drawings
  • must have a valid SSSTS/SMSTS
  • experience working on a busy building site as a site supervisor
  • joinery: 5 years
  • CSCS card and SSSTS certificate
