Responsibility

  • work on marketing and new business campaigns to qualify opportunities and book appointments for Account Managers
  • creation of appointments for assigned Account Managers
  • ongoing business relationship management and development
  • working towards exceeding regular sales targets
  • supporting Account Managers in other daily tasks
  • completing regular account reviews with our existing customer base to ensure they are happy with the service they receive and advise how they could benefit from additional Datasharp services
  • correct and thorough administration using the Company CRM. Collating all information gathered from customers, ensuring the CRM is accurately updated for future use

Requirements

  • experience in telesales/relationship building over the phone
  • customer focused and friendly approach
  • A flair for technology and interest in telecoms and IT networks
  • computer literate
  • eloquent communication skills; written and verbal
  • tidy organisational and admin skills
  • the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • the ability to work independently and as a team
