Requirements

• as the Buyer, you will support with the implementation of the procurement strategy
• develop and improve the procurement processes including inventory, goods in/out and ERP processes
• identify new suppliers and negotiate best pricing

• support Sales team and process RFI/RFQ through to supplier sign off
• analyse spend data, identify costs, saving opportunities and report to senior leadership team
• support inventory, stock and logistics activities
• liaise with Production to help resolve supplier quality issues
• support Continuous Improvement with new and existing supplier selection and development, including Supplier Assessment & Suppliers Audits
• help investigate stock discrepancies, initiating appropriate corrective action, and highlighting procedural failures leading to stock errors
• support other commercial operations
