  • ensuring the highest standard of service and care is provided for guests at all times
  • clean-up of any used function rooms and public spaces
  • security and floor checks
  • enforcement of fire safety procedures
  • darwin's Townhouse/The Loopy Shrew is looking for a night Porter to join the team. As a night manager you will be responsible for both venues, and it's guests from 10pm through to 3am, 5 nights a week
  • dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances and special requests and any other matters that arise; you are the manager on duty of the hotel and guests will call from their rooms
