Responsibility
- responsible for all monthly payroll checks and variance reports
- coordinating various outsourced global payrolls
- preparing updates to payroll records, monitoring changes in compensation, and completing month-end, quarterly, and annual processes
- ensure all monthly payroll reports are produced accurately and on time using Workday
- assisting with monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and review of year-end forms
- administer monthly pension contributions
- providing support to the larger payroll team during audits
- be the first point of contact for all payroll-related employee queries
