Responsibility
- ensure that all Customer Service activities are maintained at the highest standard in line with company policy
- full customer liaison including answering telephone, providing quotations, processing orders and return sales orders on the ERP system
- control and processing of all future orders
- deal with pricing queries and Debit Notes from Customer Service, Internal Sales and Accounts departments, to resolve issues
- fulfilling all customer requests for samples of products
- liaison with the warehouse regarding any special customer requests
- provide support for External Sales staff as required
- completing warranty forms and sending to customers who require machine repairs, create warranty repair file and follow up to the point that the machine is collected and delivered into DART
