Responsibility

  • ensure that all Customer Service activities are maintained at the highest standard in line with company policy
  • full customer liaison including answering telephone, providing quotations, processing orders and return sales orders on the ERP system
  • control and processing of all future orders
  • deal with pricing queries and Debit Notes from Customer Service, Internal Sales and Accounts departments, to resolve issues
  • fulfilling all customer requests for samples of products
  • liaison with the warehouse regarding any special customer requests
  • provide support for External Sales staff as required
  • completing warranty forms and sending to customers who require machine repairs, create warranty repair file and follow up to the point that the machine is collected and delivered into DART
