Responsibility
providing administrations support, issuing letters and other highly confidential correspondence
ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records on our HR database
assisting with the recruitment process, advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, organising interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies
assisting with HR systems administration whilst maintaining the integrity of data and ensuring all HR data is accurate
working with management information and data analytics to enhance and improve presence management, workforce planning and other areas of HR
supporting the Senior HR Manager with casework, including note-taking and preparation of documents as required
dealing with the pre-onboarding process, acting as a point of contact for upcoming new starters ensuring regular communication, including recent newsletters and updates, are sent
assisting with the design, preparation and delivery of internal communications and HR social media across the company , taking ownership of relevant aspects as required
Requirements
HR experience desirable but not required
knowledge of HR or an interest in the profession desirable
excellent administration experience
able to work in a fast paced environment
ability to show initiative and work within a team
ability to build good client relationships and work confidentially
excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with people at various levels
strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload in a timely manner while all the time ensuring we exceed client expectations
