Responsibility
organise job sheets into dedicated work files for the relevant geographical work areas
fill out job sheets, once work has been completed, and send these back to our clients
print out and file completed job sheets in preparation for billing
deal with telephone calls from our clients regarding programmed works
receive telephone calls from out operational teams and direct these to the applicable person
download work sheets, sent by our clients, and transfer the information onto the reinstatement spreadsheets in preparation for scheduling by the senior planner
Requirements
good phone manner and communication skills to deal with clients & operational teams
ability to work & remain effective under pressure
good organisational skills
to be successful in this role a background in construction administration & knowledge of the New Roads and Streetworks Act would be advantageous, although full training will be provided to the right candidate
can provide an element of flexibility in the working hours
