- nursery Manager - Islamic Nursery
- we are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team
- oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery
- lead the planning and implementation of both EYFS and Islamic curriculum
- ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and nursery policies
- hire, train and supervise staff, ensuring continued professional development
- foster a culture that embraces both educational excellence and Islamic values
- maintain strong relationships with parents and the wider community
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- recognised qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare
- strong knowledge of EYFS and its implementation
- prior experience in a similar managerial role
- familiarity with Islamic teachings and practices
- exceptional leadership and organisational skills
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work flexibly in a diverse and dynamic environment
