Responsibility
- providing ongoing case management and outsourced support to dedicated client accounts, in line with terms of engagement and agreements
- production of legally compliant essential documents, policies and procedures, bespoke to clients’ business requirements
- proactively providing outsourced HR support to dedicated clients through the full employee lifecycle
- support clients to improve their employer brand and value proposition
- support on recruitment, onboarding and induction of new starters
- provide advice, support and notetaking at formal meetings/hearings
- providing pragmatic, reactive, advice and guidance across a full range of employee relations issues including absence management, performance management, discipline and grievance
- ad hoc client facing project work, for example job sizing, salary benchmarking and recruitment campaigns
