Responsibility

  • work in accordance with school guidelines and undertake any other duties as directed by the Headteacher
  • as a designated key holder, unlock the premises daily
  • liaise with the Office Manager for preventative maintenance, scheduling contractors and engineers
  • check stock levels of cleaning consumables stored on site, re-ordering as necessary
  • basic building repairs and maintenance, including plumbing and decorating, as necessary
  • termly update of records relating to health and safety compliance, maintenance and service records
  • safe receipt of goods, ensuring prompt delivery to the end user
  • maintain fixtures and fittings in good working order
