- dan Jewellers is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced wholesale jewellery business in London
- develop and execute strategies to prospect, contact, and build relationships with potential new wholesale accounts
- manage portfolio of existing wholesale customers through in-person meetings, calls, emails, and ongoing communication
- advise clients on new collections, trends, and products relevant to their customer base
- provide excellent customer service and expertise to wholesale clients
- process wholesale orders, provide shipping and fulfilment support as needed
- attend industry trade shows and events to network and generate new business
Requirements
- proven work experience as a Sales Consultant, Key Account Manager, or similar role
- knowledge of the jewellery and wholesale industry
- ability to build rapport, identify needs, and provide solutions for wholesale buyers
- strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- organised with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- confident using CRM platforms and MS Office
- willingness to travel to visit clients, trade shows, and events
