Responsibility

  • negotiate, maintain and expand network for all transport and logistic
  • improve and maintain efficiency within business logistics China/ UK/ Holland
  • research and review couriers regularly to ensure the most cost-effective shipment methods for all shipments
  • work with the Purchasing Manager to solve invoicing/document issues that could delay shipments
  • management of all shipping documentation for all export shipments including Declarations of Compliance, Test Reports, PDD’s, Commodity Code Data, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin’s and Attested Invoices when required
  • liaising with shipping agents and freight forwarders. Obtaining and negotiating quotes for freight upon request for all international and domestic shipments. Booking of transport for all UK & Export box and pallet shipments
