- due to continued success and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to recruit an outgoing, proactive and results orientated Internal Recruiter to join our growing People Team - Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Internal Recruiter will drive recruitment at DM, managing the entire process from candidate sourcing and attraction, through to candidate assessment and onboarding, whilst offering advice and guidance to hiring managers throughout the process

- identify any areas in which the recruitment process could be developed or improved, including notifying the wider team of any identified risks and presenting possible solutions
- be the primary contact for facilitating all recruiting activity; ensuring hiring managers are following recruitment processes throughout the candidate screening, interviewing and offer stages
