- we are looking for a motivated and experienced Care Manager for our domiciliary care agency
- we are looking for a Domiciliary Care Manager, to work alongside the Registered manager . Daisies needs someone who will be an experienced leader and motivator of staff and must have worked in a domiciliary care / home care setting previously
- if you have previous Care Management experience and are looking for a new challenge and to work for a company that has a huge emphasis on providing quality care with a service user centred approach, then we want to hear from you
- if successful, you will provide physical and emotional support to the service users, manage the day-to-day care planning and operations, and supervise teams of carers
- identify and implement continuous improvement strategies
- manage staff recruitment and retention strategies
- be responsible for service quality, employee engagement and client satisfaction
