Responsibility

  • scheduling all drivers to cover routes across the UK, to ensure efficient and cost effective planning
  • management of driver hours to ensure all drivers remain fully compliant with regulations
  • working with the Fleet Manager to ensure vehicles are available for inspection/maintenance in accordance with the company’s inspection
  • day to day driver management including dealing with late passengers/delays etc
  • management of driver holidays
  • working with our call centre to advise agents/customers of short notice delays/changes
  • be on call one weekend in three to provide support to drivers and the wider business
  • ability to work with a variety of stakeholders ranging from drivers to hotel managers
