- book taxis for guest pick-ups at various locations and feeders
- check all tours are operational routinely for allocation on T3/Mews
- emailing Hotels driver room requirements and Day tour cover drivers etc
- email drivers daily pick up lists
- ensure new drivers know the correct procedures for operational hotels drop off paperwork
- pay PCN on Fleet, fines or pre pay by plan. This includes dealing with any parking fine discrepancies
- ensure all coaching invoices are signed off by coaching management and sent to the account department via email and then post to accounts in a prompt manner
- book all drivers accommodation. This includes communicating with hotel receptions on a daily basis to ensure drivers are allocated a room as a guest
