Requirements
- proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter is essential
- strong knowledge of joinery techniques and practices
- proficiency in using hand tools such as chisels, saws, and hammers, as well as power tools like drills and sanders
- ability to read technical drawings and plans accurately
- physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or moving around on-site
- excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- A valid driver's licence may be advantageous for travel between job sites
