Requirements
you will have excellent knowledge of safeguarding requirements
you will also hold a minimum level 3 full and relevant childcare qualification
you will already have experience leading a nursery setting, preferably with a similar ethos to that of our own or have the passion to learn and adapt to a new way of working quickly
you will have supported team members with aspects of their role and be confident in overseeing day to day running of a nursery
you will be confident to make decisions in the absence of the manager and have excellent knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and OFSTED Inspection Framework

Requirements
DSL and SENCO qualifications
proven nursery leadership experience
strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding
passion for outdoor learning and nature-based education
excellent communication and organisational skills
paediatric First Aid qualification
level 3 or above in Full and Relevant Early Years Qualification
Responsibility
act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead , ensuring all staff are trained to recognize and respond to concerns effectively
ensure the nursery meets and exceeds all Ofsted and regulatory standards, including record-keeping for inspections
