Requirements

  • you will have excellent knowledge of safeguarding requirements
  • you will also hold a minimum level 3 full and relevant childcare qualification
  • you will already have experience leading a nursery setting, preferably with a similar ethos to that of our own or have the passion to learn and adapt to a new way of working quickly
  • you will have supported team members with aspects of their role and be confident in overseeing day to day running of a nursery
  • you will be confident to make decisions in the absence of the manager and have excellent knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and OFSTED Inspection Framework
  • nursery: 3 years
  • childcare: 1 year
  • management: 1 year
