Responsibility

  • contribute to, and maintain, a process of IT incident call handling and escalation
  • contribute to change management planning and coordination
  • assist with the maintenance and support of all of the Trusts IT systems and infrastructure when required
  • support local management in project implementation as well as the implementation and maintenance of trust IT standards and best practice
  • management of the ICT departmental budget
  • provide an efficient IT support service to Altrincham Grammar School for Girls and each site within the school. This will include desktop, network, server, and infrastructure support
  • communication with, and supporting, third-party ICT contractors and suppliers as required
  • support Estates Management team with IT systems, such as CCTV and Buildings Systems Management
