- we are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at our main office in Heywood, Manchester
- raise orders on our system accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of attention to detail
- liaise with customers and suppliers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or issues promptly
- create new products on the system, ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered
- raise purchase orders and sales orders in a timely manner, adhering to established procedures
- create offer sheets for our latest deals, showcasing our products and services to potential customers

Requirements
- previous experience in a busy wholesale environment is highly desirable
- excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers
- proficiency in using computer systems and software, including experience with order management systems
- self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role
- strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- hours of work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm
