Responsibility

  • we are on the hunt for a Web Developer/Designer
  • we're an entrepreneurial Aussie family originally from Melbourne, with quite a few businesses
  • so were not an agency but you will be working on a very diverse range of products and brands
  • the new hire will be the second of the London creative crew
  • followed by a sales manager in a few weeks
  • as for the team in the U.S
  • it's remote role to start, with the occasional in person meeting
  • most of our businesses are in the US and Australia but we are now just opening up our London office as we push some of our brands into Europe

Requirements

  • experience designing and building websites end-to-end
  • strong front-end design skills - you know how to make things look beautiful, on-brand and functional
  • comfortable implementing or working with APIs, e-commerce plug-ins, and third-party tools
  • knowledge of SEO best practices, UX principles, and performance optimisation
  • happy to work across multiple brands at once, all with different vibes and user bases
  • naturally proactive – someone who follows up, asks for clarity, and isn’t afraid to suggest a better way
  • emotionally intelligent and collaborative - we’re casual but committed, and we value kindness and initiative equally
  • ideally, prior experience in website development for multiple brands or products
