  • ensure customs controls, policies and procedures are understood and followed

  • consistent focus on quality of service and quantity of work carried out
  • collaborate with internal customers to maximise internal communication and interaction
  • role: Customs Import Manager
  • actively engage with and encourage supervisors in the pursuit of effective KPI management

Requirements

  • minimum of 4 years leadership experience
  • experience within a customs related role
  • background in transport / logistics
  • awareness of global geography
  • adaptable in pressurised situations
  • ability to influence and impact people of all levels within an organisation
  • high focus on customer service
  • supportive & coaching abilities
